Nopeify does not collect any personal information. The only data stored is kept locally on your device:
No account or sign-in is required to use Nopeify.
Nopeify sends anonymized requests to an AI service to generate excuse text. These requests do not include any personally identifiable information. We do not store or log the content of generated nopes on our servers.
The data stored on your device is used solely to provide app functionality — saving your favorites, remembering your preferences, and tracking your daily nope count. We do not share this information with any third parties.
Nopeify uses Apple's StoreKit framework to process in-app purchases. We do not collect or store any payment information. All transactions are handled entirely by Apple.
All preferences and favorites are stored locally on your device using iOS standard storage. We do not transmit your personal data anywhere.
Nopeify does not integrate any analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or external trackers.
Nopeify is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. Note that some tone styles contain adult humor and are intended for mature audiences.
